The owner and staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our short trip. It was nice to have a microwave and refrigerator available in the room. Breakfast offered options for everyone. Food was fresh and delicious. This was our first trip to Erie , but we plan to return and we would definitely stay at Sleep Inn again. Location was also great for shopping and restaurants. You get a feel that this Inn is family owned and operated and they take great pride in their business.

The family that ran the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. Went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The price was much better than other places we've stayed in Erie. So we were pleasantly surprised by how new and clean the facilities all were. The breakfast bar was a nice surprise after coming out of covid with bagged food for breakfast at a lot of hotels. The personal touch is much needed now.

SO comfortable! I also need to mention the wonderful staff! Our first room smelled like smoke for some reason and we called the desk to see if they could move us. Without hesitation, the manager had us come back down to swap rooms. He was so sweet and happy; even validated the next room we got was in great shape. The beds were wonderful and the lighting in the bathroom/bedroom was great.

AND when you check in they give you a nice welcome bag with a drink and snacks and a nice note written on the bag, how thoughtful! I would most definitely stay at this location, whenever in the area. Thank you for being what every soul should be-kind and considerate!

all things were well done and kept, except one little item- i dropped our remote behind our bed's headboard and had to retrieve it from underneath -upon pulling the mattress away, we saw clutter, lint and the need to vac. other than that we were quite happy with our room and the hotel's services.
